The way this is managed is wrong.
To know the divorce percentage, you should take into consideration the number of marriage and out of these marriage, how many will end up with a divorce.

Exemple :

The 90 divorced couples were included in the 266 married couples ?
If not, you cannot end with : 33% divorce...
