up to what extent? in my opinion, all things are good but not all things are beneficial. so take as long it is beneficial to many. a win-win situation. it must be legal. it must be what you need and you want. there is a big difference between the two.
if the enjoying of life to the fullest that you are doing is still beneficial and enjoyable after decades, then that is fullest enjoyment.
JPA's thread state that "LIFE BEGINS AT FORTY"..in contrary, how you enjoy life to the fullest when it only begins at forty? our problem here is we are bounded by time element. obviouslly we are not talking about time span here because if we will do that, confusion like you have will multiply.
if what you have done before you reach 40 yrs old is good and stand the test of time, you can enjoy it everyday to the fullest until you look for another thing to be accomplished.
my easiest way of enjoying my life is doing what my "designer" told me to do so.
