I've just called Karwa to book a taxi 48 hours in advance and been told that from 10pm-6am there are only limousines available (my destination was the airport). I used to be able to order cabs as early as 5am in the morning, what's happened? Is Craig aware of this? Since when was this new system brought in?

I think Karwa should be careful as more and more people will simpley use private limousine companies as they appear to be more reliable.
