Yes that applies to every expat who signs a contract.
u've followed whatever is in the contract ie gave 30 days notice...but still the exit has to be given by ya company....if u argue more ur exit will be delayed...my advice wud be to solve the issues amicably or atleast u can request 'em to deduct less money...nwayz u said u have a good offer in UAE....and u can work for 2 yrs and come back to qatar...so ya NOC issue is also solved.Think with a cool mind
