Start with 20 minutes of treadmill or cycling
4x15 of abs crunch
4x15 of 2 kg dumbbells for arms, shoulders & biceps
4x15 of shoulder lift 20 Kg
4x15 of chest expanding 20 Kg
4x15 of leg excercise 30 Kg
