I also have the internet connected 24/7 on a desktop with Skype filled with credit so they can call their family whenever they wanted without using the house line. The nationalities that I have don't use it because they don't know how to. Will you tell me that it is my responsibility to teach them how to operate a mobile phone and a computer?
