Troll - Difference in perception of "respect"

You respect Mecca but do stand on it....

We respect Idols and Don touch it with our feet... saying we respect Idols more than you do Mecca or Kaaba would be wrong.....
we both do... but the expression differs.... difference doesn mean one is right and the other is wrong....

I Love both Mom n Dad.... with Dad... m little more formal than I am in front of Mom... doesn mean I love one less than the other....

And now on serious Note -

exercise for 3 dayz.. rest and then start the cycle

Start with Chest and Triceps.. day 1
then Squats (Legs) and Abs.... day 2 - Never exercise 2 big muscles in cont... if chest done... never a back in next day..... you ll not live up to your potential....
Back, shoulder and trapezoids (collar)..... day 3

Eat 5 meals a day.. sleep like a Kid....

For size... heavy weights.... for cuts... lighter with more repeatations....
