Clearly religious issues are NOT black and white. Or have you failed to notice how in pretty much every religion you can see a range of practices and interpretations from the people who call themselves members of that faith?
There are Muslim women who cover their hair and faces and those who don't. There are Muslims who won't brush their teeth when they fast because they're fearful of swallowing spit, and others who think that's a bit extreme.
I appreciate that you have some strong opinions about your religion, QatariLady. But try and understand that there are others who may disagree with you, and just because you think X and they think Y doesn't make them 'kafirs', freaks or infidels who will burn in hell.
There's a whole lot that Allah didn't say in the Quran, but as I understand things, Islam (and most religions) are meant to be flexible to adapt to the changing times and situations its followers face.
