they're NOT ILL-MANNERED...nor lacking in social grace/manner. IT'S LANGUAGE BARRIER, folks.

Come see at this view, the lady doesn't speak English and don't know how to call your attention. REMEMBER: they cannot touch another person bcoz to them, it may come across as rudeness or "invasion of personal space".

OR...she may be waiting for you to pass or move on your way coz you're in her way but may have gotten impatient and she didn't mean to push your kid that hard.

Maybe why she said "no problem, no problem"...coz that's the only ENGLISH phrase she knows?

I'm sure she embarassed...but you didn't see coz her face was covered, right?
