You get 3 weeks for 1 year, 3 weeks and 1 month for 2 years. Indemnity has to be calculated YTD (year to date), hence until your last working day.

Next to that your entitled for your regular holidays, 2.2 days per month (or so).

Just go to labor and inform them about your case. There will be no charges, to the best of my knowledge.

Make sure you are clean yourself and have no gross-misconduct charges against you. DO NOT SIGN YOUR CLEARANCE until this is settled.
