Rockingham, since you haven't finalised your contract, just an idea, I'd use this opportunity to not sign until you have certain stipulations in there, i.e, time frame to be only 1 year contract or open ended with 3 months notice. Or if you really want out, ask for outrageous demands and then they might want you out.

And if your id is in reference to home (and in WA), you must feel at home topographically at least! :))
