disregarded my words about opening the door, I was civil and polite with him - even when he opened the door and I closed it again I said nothing - only when he became demanding as to why I did that - then I lost my cool - but as usual - he could speak English when insulting me, but when I was trying to explain why I didn't want him coming through there - his comprehension of the English language become non-existant and he didn't get what I was trying to tell him.... Gotta love it...
