But I guess, whatever is its price, the value of your money that will be spent for IKEA is worth it (based from my experience with IKEA).. But knowing the rental cost of land (storage cost) here is too costly, plus handling cost.. im sure they will come up with a good strategy for that matter to be competitive .. ANd they definitely know that the buying power of locals and expatriates here are very high... so my assumption is... it will be quite expensive than Dubai Ikea, and almost the same price with Home Center...

The target market (niche) of IKEA here in Qatar is US... the expatriates.. who will not stay here for LIFE..
