if somebody is misusing it... its a personal choice....

Which country in this world would tolerate Falls info... You are bound to be terminated... irrespective of which country you are in...
And if the HR are not good enough to find whether the guy is actually wht he written or not... How can he be busy enough not to do so??? He s paid for it.....

Besides Salary negotiation, hiring best one possible is also responsibility of HR
