I fear you are incorrect in stating that swine flu is nothing to do with swine.
Having just visited the website of the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) they give the following clarification:

"Can humans catch swine flu?
Swine flu viruses do not normally infect humans. However, sporadic human infections with swine flu have occurred. Most commonly, these cases occur in persons with direct exposure to pigs (e.g. children near pigs at a fair or workers in the swine industry)."

It goes on to state that the virus can then be passed among humans.

So if you hear someone sneeze and then grunt,.......trot away and ignore them like the plague ;-)
