Dont buy from pet stores in Qatar!!! ADOPT!!!

I 1s saw a shop keeper hold a parrot by its neck and press it (more like squash it) against the table while he clipped its fight feathers (more like part of the wing itself)!!! & he was clipping without even holding the wing, while the poor bird was flaping its wing! & wanna kno wat was the worst part... the proud new owner of the bird was leaning over the table smoking a cigaratte.
