There was clearly a misunderstanding, as the price you quote (taking into account the different exchange rate 5 years ago) would give you orthodontic treatment for four adults and 12 implants.(I used that as an example as it is our most expensive treatment.) or you could have 525 fillings I am so sorry that you have harboured this grudge for 5 years and have been unable to approach me for so long. We also welcome suggestions as that is the most effective way we can continue to make improvements and remain patient focussed.
Yes we are highly prevention focussed and do recommend preventive treatments such as fissure sealants and fluoride treatment.
We do offer orthodontic treatment for adults but I never tell my patients that they have to have it merely that it is available.
