pennypitstop, what double standard? The people who stare are mostly teenagers and they guys who aren't allowed in on "Family Day"... Somehow, they are lumped up as "locals" by the OP and your post.

Everybody who stares, or makes rude gestures should face the consequences, some people like to just ignore it, and don't report it, and then they complain about a "double standard".
