BCG is important. Dip and Hep A you should have anyway. I would have Hep B as some people may carry it although anyone who has it would not be allowed entry so the chances of getting it are far lower than the UK. Don't pay too much for vaccinations unless you have decided you want to have them. Hep B antibodies from the vaccine are a small problem here as they may identify you as a carrier, you must inform them if you have been vaccinated so they know that is the reason. I will continue to believe that you do not have to be any more than up to date with your normal vaccinations until the WHO change the current advice. I suggest people check that rather than trust practice nurses or internet forums.
