Do call QAWS out, we will try to help where we can, and we will certainly come and remove the animal if we are able too. Until people are educated on how to treat animals in this country, this cruelty will continue.
Calling the police is an option too, however, they will generally not respond unless the animal is vicious and needing to be removed (read - shot).
