Most people ride the rode between the golf course (in Doha) and Al Khor

For off-road I don't know of any bike trails but plenty of places to ride.

there is a couple of groups riding road bikes. No time-trials/triathlons etc. that I know of. they is a Mt. Bike race in the planning for march.
