Are you using your Kaze for adjusting these 2 fans speeds?
If yes,try to give to the push-fan a slightly higher rpm than the pull-fan ,you'll get a more linear flow - opposite to a turbulent flow -,hence a better cooling.
This is an industrial tip,don't know if it'll work on a pc,maybe you'll gain 1 or 2 degrees less.
