Denied the opportunity to represent herself??? I never heard about this happening in any court in the GCC. Maybe she was out of the country and wouldn't go on the court dates? It says "when she returned to court on Christmas Day" Maybe she refused to go, and only went there after she lost?
They were never divorced, so she's still his wife(the marriage collapsed means absolutely nothing). Any extramarital relation is considered adultery (I'm sure she thinks that since she kicked him out, she can do whatever she wants).
She should have gone through the legal system at its full, she should have been in court with her lawyer and said her defense BEFORE the judge ruled, it looks like she's just an arrogant sore loser.
