I think ictQatar should publish the requirements and fees for private radio broadcasting, and start accepting requests.
Qatar Radio and TV should start thinking about doing to the radio channels (Arabic and English) and QTV (also Arabic and English), the same thing that was done with aljazeera - It probably needs a re-format, throw them all out and start new channels with new people and equipment - get the good stuff (from both).
