This method is valid for all nvidia laptops cards.Before the most recent driver for my GO 7400 was of May 2006,now I have installed the latest forceware 180.84 of 02/12/2008!!
Go to: http://laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=22128
download the driver,2-click to extract,then download the modded INF,and paste it in the extracted file. Launch setup.exe ,you're done.
It looks tricky,but it works perfectly. (remove the previous drivers before)
