Oh, my God, that's terrible! :( What insane people there are, unbeliavable! I don't even want to write here, what I wish for them...
I hope the other dogs of your friends are fine and wish no more animal will get hurt by that! And humans of course.
Really, a newspaper or authorities should know about this, before it takes any more victims. :(

It's true that had working hadn't killed anyone yet, but why to take risk?
