people who cannot park properly - taking up two lanes or parking at an angle.... having said that, people who take my parking place at our apartment building... that bugs the living cr*p out of me. YOU KNOW I PARK THERE... I HAVE BEEN PARKING THERE FOR THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF.....
