Also loosing 10 - 17 pounds in a week !!!...this is fake loss...you MAY lose body-water but I dont think fat would burn in a week...
When I exercise I eat with minimum restrictions...but during my rest-days or days with minimum activities I eat less...it works over the long term ;)
