I think that people driving too slowly should also be fined...driving at 40 or 60kmph in the fast or middle lane is also dangerous, in my opinion. other road users get frustrated and end up executing dodgy manouevres to over/undertake them which is when the mahem starts

if you're driving slowly, then go in the slow lane...that's what it's for
