Sheikh Hamad bin Thamer al-Thani, chairman of Al Jazeera, An Advisory Council composed of political figures, human rights activists, academics and well-known journalists and chaired by Dr. Hamad Abdelaziz al-Kawari, minister of culture, arts and heritage.
