his current Employer told him that RP can not be processed further and they need NOC from previous Employer. my friend worked with that previous employer just for less than one month and he did not do RP while that, and while his work with the previous Employer his stay was based on the Bussiness Visit Visa he had from that previous Employer.
he got another offer and cameback to qatar, now he is facing that problems and mey return home back.
it seems NOC is needed even you have Bussiness Visit Visa . RP or cancellation is not the case.
