Doing the job and getting the job done...what if nobody does the job, how do you manage to get the job done? Arabs may get the job done, but that doesn't prove them that they are capable of doing such. Most of the people working for NASA are Indians, which proves them to be competent wherever they go. The point of the writer, AFAIK, is to challenge every Arab to use their talent, rather than relying on other people. I don't think the article is stupid...you just find it stupid because you are affected by it. If you go to O&G Industry here, most of the people working in high position are Indians. The reason Qataris are placed on that same level is because of the government's Qatarization program, but that doesn't mean that they know the job to be let alone. The writer happens to have an open mind, as he wants his fellowman to KNOW the job, rather than relying on "getting the job done" just to get the credit. Still, at the end of the day, we all know who really did the job.

It's not because things are difficult that we don't dare, it's because we don't dare that makes things difficult!
