i would just like to put a positive spin on this thread..
i also was having difficulty logging in to their new look internet banking so i went to hsbc hamad branch this morning to sort things out. the lady at the reception guided me thru all the process. she was very patient and courteous all throughout. everything went on smoothly and now i have my new password. tried it when i reached home. no problem. so there...
