The termination interview was one of my own introductions in the mid 80's. There was absolutely no feedback on the reasons for people leaving. When asked why someone was leaving the response was always the same....."he resigned"!
Reason never came into it.
Am I to take it that the procedure is now "suspect"?
If it IS as bad as you say then it's gone well down hill and sounds as though it needs sorting out again.
