Plus,I have yet to come across arabs who hate malabaris. On the contrary I know a few arabs who can speak in malayalam language fluently which ofcourse a lot of Indians find amazing as it is a difficult feat.
As for the pay scale, do you mean the locals are willing to settle down for less paid mediocre keralite workers instead of expensive knowledgable 'your choice - nationality' workers. Or are you saying that for 1500/- the keralites are doing a fine job. So what are you cribbing about ?
