@ arien get your facts right, although there are no Etihad crew involved. the aircraft mentioned cannot be flown on international airspace as the aircraft doesn't have any registration yet. plus the french authority needs to issue first an export Certificate of Airworthiness first before the Aviation authority of UAE issue a Certificate of Registration and a Certificate of Airworthiness.
