you are missing the point of Amoud's post and you respond based on what you read. She felt bad because of 2 things...she got disrespected by the "Qatari" by "shooing (is there such a word :))" her, and the second is, how the police officer commented on her complain "that because he is Qatari". Nothing more. The issue about parking and rules are both out of the topic. The title mentions "Why people get bad impressions of Qataris" is the same as the impression you make on food. If you saw some rotten tomatoes on the bunch of tomatoes, you will get the "Impression" that there might be some more of them inside. She never mentioned that Qataris are bad...no!..she wants to make everyone know, even Qataris themselves, why people reacted that way to them. Read to understand, not just to respond.

It's not because things are difficult that we don't dare, it's because we don't dare that makes things difficult!
