Ur Linksys router should work. I do not know whether QTEL line its 2 or 2+.
Ur router isn't working probably due to improper settings entered.
Contact 111 from the same number , ask ur username and password and then ask for the settings.

U can also find the settings over here too..use the search bar and type ADSL configuration.
