My cars does not work, as it came too clsoe to a MRI machine & that set off the electronic doodah inside the card. I used to ask the shop keepers to punch in the number manually. That way the points got added to my account. However I did apply online for a new card. I have not gone to the post office yet to pick up the new card, but I got an email confirming my demand. So if your card does not work, eiter ask if they can punch in the number manually & get a new card.
