I think there's no big issue here and not a big deal... it's easy just answer the phone and inform to call her as soon as you finished the party or meeting... teased or whatever from the company you have?, who cares?? loved one called. being teased is just normal specially when you were with your friends... nothing wrong with that unless it's bad, and you can teased them back anyway....
