I complained to the management and to the security and nobody seem to know this guy and neighbors are talking about him but they don't know him neither. he is just a nosey bugger. Management are already looking for him but this morning he sent a long letter saying he didn't expect us to complain to what is he doing. I mean Hello! he is hassling and no one dare to tell him to back off, but me! He still don't get the message. We had similar problem before in Saudi that's why we don't want to socialized or join their organization. That's why when we go home we go straight inside our house and when we go out we don't wonder around the compound to avoid problems with neighbors! but he seem to enjoying making trouble with us!
