Hi Yazan, please not all Filipinos or Indians have no qualifications or certificates, for your information, Filipinos and Indians have one of the highest rate of literacy in the world and highly skilled, when we say we can do it, for sure we can do it, no certificates can replaced a good solid experience and education. Please don't generalize.
