I'm no expert on this but you can bring them here on a tourist visa max for a month. Earlier you could extend it for up to 3 months but now I hear it is not possible to extend. I would suggest you get some sort of a confirmation that the company "Mandoop" (PRO) can arrange to get the visas done in that time. Or even ask the company to arrage for their Visas along with your Visa.
