Its gud..in some sense...Qatar getting more time to prepare well for hosting Olympics...Analysing the failure reasons... and by developing a better city and living style....defnitly need to improve in many areas...Also the effor put by the people made a lot of changes... But more to come and need to learn for Qatar to host the Olympics a successfull event by 2020 or 2024..
