If you have computer and mobile connected and both are not working, It is a router problem. Switch router off and on and restart your PC. IF only PC has problem and mobile is working, then your PC has a virus. Make sure also that you are getting the proper ip (192.xxx.xxx.xxx) and not the 169.xxx.xxx.xxx.
