Offcourse you can enter qatar, but untill your Saudi work visa is cancelled the qatari visa will not be authenticated and stamped. However check with someone if that visa can be cancelled locally in the saudi embassy of qatar. It happens with some other GCC countries, don't know about saudi as they are too different then others.
