depending on what your field of study is:-
1. select the country you want to get studying on
2. get in touch with accredited uni's
3. find out from your company the courses that they can sponsor
4. research research and research the scholarships available
5. make sure you talk to tutors - pretty much like after sales really; a support network is rather imperative
