There are two centres I know, who do Hijama... one, in Souq Waqif for men and second, in Mariam Centre for Ladies.
I do not know whether they are registered with SCH or not. They do practice openly and therefore, I presume that this may not be a banned therapy in Qatar, although not very prevalent.
Since you want to practice Hijama for Ladies, starting your enquiries at the Mariam Centre in Abu Hamoor may help you. Wy wife tells me that this lady at the Centre has done her certification from UK as well.
