if only it was that easy. i been trying to quit for so long now. its not only are you addicted to it ... your body gets used to it .... n in order to maintain that smooth functioning .... a former smoker need to keep smoking .... still trying though ....

happy to say now from a once minimum 2 packs of Marlboro reds a day to a maximum of 2 a day ... unless i am with a another fellow smoker.

thanx to the rules of qatar and my lack of information ... smoking; sticks to just tobacco....
