What do you do when you are sad and nothing seems to be working, nothing seems to be cheering you up?
When you are stuck up at a point and life seems to be useless for you.
When you feel like running away... running somewhere you don't know and then getting lost.
Everyone goes through this.

Everyone has a bad time or a bad day.
So what do we do, firstly you need to tell yourself that you are going to be okay.
Tell yourself that you are strong enough; nothing will stop you from going on.
Telling this to oneself is half way done.
The next step is to drink a glass of water. Take it easy.
Maybe go for a walk to Corniche.
Now, think about what's wrong and why do you feel so.
Thinking about this as you walk, will make you a little normal.
You will look around and feel less angry or frustrated.
This will give you a feeling that you can overcome this sadness.
There is something you can do about it.
Now, Mariah, you need to focus on your problem or the reason for your sadness.
If needed you can cry out.
When you feel helpless about it or you feel completely handicapped, all you can do is to cry.
Crying will make you feel better.
Crying will help you come out of it.
Later think what the next step is.
How can you improve the situation?
What can you do to make things better?
Whether it's about talking to someone and sorting out or its about taking decisions or maybe more bigger things like moving out, whatever is applicable.
Thinking about solution will make you a little less depressed and you will come to normal.
After this, if possible write down what you have thought about.
Read it out louder and you are sure to feel better.
Once you do all this, you will definitely feel nice.
After which you need to take it slow, maybe lie down or listen to your favorite music.
This really helps.
Going to a beauty parlor or a massage center really makes you feel relax and someone taking care of you and the pampering you get is all you need to feel good about you.
